Am wishing to replace an old Ceiling light that is on a 2 way circuit.
The Wiring at present is
2 Reds (Joined together)
2 Blacks (seperate)
2 Earths Cut Back to Sleeve.
The old lampholder had 3 terminals with the 2 Reds together and the
2 Blacks in 1 Terminal each.

My new Lamp fitting is a Bronze Metal Spot with a terminal Block with 3
terminals. 1 Live (Red) 1 Black (Neutral) and 1 Green (Earth)

Can anyone advise how to wire up, I know the 2 Reds go together and
the Earths, Problem is the Blacks.

firstly whoever wired it originally was not very professional to cut back the earths, as these are now needed for your Class I light fitting.
The two reds should be terminated together and separate from the fitting.
One of the blacks is neutral and the other is the switched live, if the original fitting had been done professionally, then the switched live would have been identified by red tape. As it is you will need to find out which this is by testing. The earths should be connected to the earth of the fitting.
