Replacing old intercom with new

Evening all,

I am renovating a flat that currently has a London 5901 legacy phone, I have bought a FERMAX Citymax Universal to replace the London, can this be easily done? I did have a look at the diagram for the legacy but this does not align with what the FERMAX has. Please let me know thanks :)
