Hi,

I bought an old bungalow that I rent.

There are 2 groundfloor rooms which have sliding doors. Very old, big size, have moved over time and would need adjusting and also don't allow easy ventilation (tenants don't open when work all day and/or when it rains) which results in a lot condensation in these rooms. I decided to change them for french windows which little flaps on the sides.

Worried about the cost.

Can I avoid all these high street windows companies and save by buying elsewhere? Can I buy directly to a manufacturer that would install for me or will I have anyway to ask an installer?

Where should I look?

I am in Woking/Guildford.
