We've recently moved into our place, and finding that the Potterton EP2002 programmer is a bit knackered. I've heard that Potterton backplates are compatible with one another, i.e. I could fit, say an EP3002 onto the existing backplate with very little work. Is the EP3002 a decent programmer? Or how complicated would it be to swap out the Potterton backplate for standard and fit a different brand?

Thanks
Helen
