Replacing radiators with same sized rads

Shake it, can you feel anything sloshing around.
lots sloshing around upon shaking. To be sure I brought a new bottle today but still get the same issue. When I point the flame downwards, it starts to flare and eventually switches off. Also, contrary to what I thought I have a GoSystem (recommended on this forum) Torch

I've had it for 4 years but not used too extensively. I've also kept is safe from knocks and bumps.

Does the above indicate that it needs to be replaced?

I will check the nozzle and clean the exterior with a cloth.
Excuse my ignorance but is there a particular procedure for cleaning these?

I’ve pulled it apart today and given it a good clean. It seems better as it’s not cutting out but I still don’t have a long sharp flame. It’s flares out, especially when pointing downwards. I’ve posted the pics in case anyone can spot a problem.

Appreciate your help with this.

I usually use my 2nd superfine 2 to melt the gobs of solder out of my 1st SP2. And vice versa.

I took delivery of my new Super Fire 2 Torch today. What a refreshing change. Not sure how I managed without the instant on/off feature. This makes things so much easier for a DIY'er like me.
I splashed out on a case too. Other than general care, are there any other maintenance steps that I need to be aware of in order to prolong the life of this torch?
