Anyone know how easy it is to replace the element on a siemens oven?

Can I do it from access inside the normal oven or do I need to remove it from the kitchen cabinet to access the rear?
Any help appreciated.
I've booked a Siemens engineer but they can't make it 'till 31 Dec and I was hoping I could do it myself (element in the post).
