Hi, I want to use Phillips hue smart bulbs on ceiling lights that have dimmer switches. When I replace the normal bulbs with the hue ones there's a buzzing sound which I think means I need to replace the dimmers with standard switches?

Firstly, does that sound correct?

Then if so is it a case of a straight swap with the same wiring configuration? Current switch has live neutral and earth wires as pictured.

Yes,

If the new switch has COM L1 and L2 terminals then Brown to COM and Blue to L1

If new switch has L1, L2 and L3 terminals then Brown to L1 and Blue to either L2 or L3 ( change L2 L3 if switch ipoerates upside down )

The blue wire with brown sleeve is not Neutral. It is Switched Live

Neutral is the name given to the conductor(wire) which completes the circuit from the load back to the supply source.
It is not a generic term for any blue or black wire.
Wires can be anything we want them to be. They do not know what colour they are.
