Replaed with new post 1.2.08

Could it be bad expansion noises caused by the pipe expanding against the wall, or any stud work in the wall?
 
Thanks for reply, I think you are right, although this has got progressivly worse, I have lived in the property for almost 7 years and was never this bad, any ideas how to solve it?
