shared flues are not allowed except "se" and "u" ducts on domestic systems. Each boiler should have it's own flue terminal. Contact the builder and ask for a copy of the plans.
 
If nobdoy knows where the flues run, then these are obviously not inspectable, so ALL the boilers are now ID and need to be turned off until the fluse can be inspected.
