Repressurising Greenstar 24i Junior

Hi, having lots of troubles since I moved into a new flat but one of them is that the radiator in our bedroom only heats up at the bottom, I've turned the heating off and about to try and bleed it again but does anyone know where/how to repressurise this boiler?

Very hard to get up in the morning now with a freezing room!

You can download the instructions for the built in filling loop from thier website if it's fitted, otherwise you're looking for an external loop - see faq section.
