Hi folks,

I've just spent a solidly unfruitful hour and more trying to locate how to add pressure to my Worcester Heatslave 18/25 boiler
(my radiators haven't been bled in a while, so i'm figuring i'll need to add pressure to the system once i'm done)

Having found nothing but the least helpful PDF manual in the history of unhelpful manuals...it became pretty clear that this forum. is probably my last hope of finding an answer for myself.

I've mastered bleeding the boiler (having allowed my oil to run clean out more times than i should admit) but i can't seem to find anything on repressurising.

Any help / signposting in the right direction v. appreciated.

Where is your water pressure gauge situated ? How long have you lived in the property without needing to top up ? Could it be fed from a tank , possibly in a loft ?

Hi Terry,

I'm pretty sure it's mains fed (is that the right phrase) and it's been at least 5 years since i can say for certain that it has been topped up.

It needed it last winter - the upstairs radiators and towel rail were only half hot

we had it serviced then - i don't know if they topped up pressure at that time - but they might have done

Some of heatslaves have filling loop on top of boiler.
Others got fitted externally in very random places found one behind a kitchen plinth!
What does the filling loop look like on this boiler - so at least i know what i'm looking for? Thank you so much
