Good evening, all

Apologies if this is a silly question and blatantly obvious but I've looked everywhere I can and watched about 10 different YouTube videos on this but cant seem to get a specific answer.

Our boiler pressure gauge is just above 0. I've worked out that we have an external filling loop but the problem I have is that it is not connected to anything at all, so I'm not sure where I need to connect it.

I've attached 2 pictures of where I think it needs to be connected (theyre the only pipes with caps) but wasn't 100% and didn't want to end up doing something and damaging it. Also attached 2 pics from the manual.

Any help/advice would be very much appreciated.

Take the silver braided hose and attach it to where you have labelled and open the valves
Brilliant, thanks! I put it to in between 1 and 1.5 bar.

Unfortunately hasn't solved my hot water problem though. Weirdly no error codes are popping up on the screen but the temp sits at around 60c and when I run the hot tap goes up to 98c, stays there for about 2 seconds and then starts dropping back down.

Your plate heat exchanger is blocked. Very common fault with the I's as the water ways in the plate are so narrow. Usually from dirty systems and/or systems being run on low pressure.

You'll have to get an engineer to fix this. I'd imagine your boiler is still under guarantee so Worcester will replace the plate free of charge
