resin drips on my UPVC window frames, glass and door

Help !? my neighbour has had a flat roof done with fibreglass on a windy day and our (new)windows are now covered with spots of resin.

What should I (get the roofer to) use to remove this from glass, frames and sills without damaging them or degrading them in the future?

the window manufacturer ssaid their warrantee will be void if we use solvents

any ideas

Are your windows white or woodgrain to start with?

EDIT;

Infact i just re-read your post, i magined it was tar when you said flat roof but its actually resin, as far as im aware they'll be nothing unless someone knows about fibreglassing and knows of something that dissolves resin :?:
 
Hi

My frames are white UPCV amd less than a year old
the resin has cured rock hard any advice please???
