Respirator for rock wool

Hello need to spend a good few hours in the loft it was a concrete flat roof with a pitched roof installed over it so has a thick layer of rock wool all over it we have moved house so I have a ton of boxes and the like to go up there know this stuff is nasty to breathe and skin irritant but I have spent a good half hour at bandq trying to find the correct respirator and I am struggling can anyone recommend one will use a tyvek suit to stop skin content many thanks

Yes that's a good point, I'm going to knacker the insulation and create a cold spot in the roof, for lots of condensation
 
So do I need a false floor on top of the insulation ? Its a bit of a mare as there are no joists with a concrete floor

Balls ok, so I take it I can buy those plastic feet make a basic wooden frame and cover the frame with the standard interlocking loft boards ?
 
Off to another forum, thanks for the pointer ive bought a 3m half face mask with p3 cartridges for the dust though, which a few people have said will be fine.
 
Thanks for that. I've been having a look, it's trying to find the "best bang for buck" to phrase the Americans solution. It wont be seen, but it needs to maintain insulation. Cheers
