Restore garden

The owners of a property I am buying did this to their garden in order to store a large caravan, I will be looking at replacing the soil they excavated in order to restore the lawn. I reckon it's roughly 6m x 2m x upto .5 m , obviously I will need to build a small retaining wall. What's the best way of putting this back, any idea of cost? I assume a sub soil of some kind with topsoil and turf on top?

no idea of the cost....but if you havent exchanged contracts yet....there's alway room for negotiation
