Restoring colour of sun faded down pipes

I have some brown PVC downpipes that have faded quite a lot from sun, what would work to bring most of the colour back? Thanks
 
On tour of polypipe years ago this fading was explained by the then md Kevin Mcdonald.
Brown (and black) have a colorant added to grey polymer to create the colour and it's mainly the colorant attacked by uv.
The pipe and guttering fades quicker because that's extruded and the fittings are injection moulded.
By the way all guttering starts life as pipe its split passed through a former then quickly cooled.
