I've been toying with over-capping my fascias and soffits, but wanted to ask about revitalising the paintwork instead. There will be a bit of refurb at the corners, but it seems in very good nick otherwise. The bit that we can reach (ground floor rear entrance) is gleaming really, and if I thought I could bring the rest up like it, I'd go that route instead.
The fascias and soffits have layers of gloss on, but in truth, I never really prepped after the initial build, just washed it and put another coat on. The initial job had primer, undercoat and top coat.
If I give it a go, I'll remove all the pvc goods, refurb and treat poor wood, and fit eaves protectors.
Any other advice please? Ta.
