The British Museum is pretty good with mummified remains! 
Match pot from diy store has got to be your best bet, in fact you can order from Dulux direct if not in store for about a quid.

Looks like that has been hit by Frost damage,
A match pot will work but you can only get them in Matt Emulsion normally.
remember whatever touch up paint you use will be a slightly different colour to what is already there.
