Rewire in old conduit

House thats all in conduit, the conduit is right into the socket/light switch box also. What is the best way to rewire, allowing me to move alot of things/add more things ?
 
rip it all out.

honest, it may be imperail, and if its not you will have to learn how to install conduit
 
I wouldn't reuse old rusty conduit with singles and pulling T&E through is likely to be a PITA at the best of times. Only worth reusing it if you are really desperate to avoid decor damage.
