Rhafayre kitchen mixer tap leaking

Hello,

We bought a new mixer tap from Mano Mano, never heard of the brand before. It leaks a little from underneath, it’s definitely fresh water that’s leaking and looking from underneath the counter it comes from the actual tap when it’s being used. The tap came assembled I just fitted it then connected it to the 2 connectors which aren’t leaking.

Where exactly is the leak coming from ? Is it above worktop ,and finding its way to below the worktop ,or something else altogether ?
