I have had the electric motor changed on my boiler and its now running really noisy. Don't think its the new motor but think the noise might be from the impeller being damaged coming off/on causing it to be imbalanced and then causing the noise? Any thoughts?[/code:1]

The fan on the Riello burner is VERY easily damaged if levered from the old motor shaft the chances of reshaping the fan are practically nill so a new fan would be the best remedy for your problem, even in good shape, the fan needs carefull placement on the motor shaft, to prevent rubbing on the alloy housings

P.S. the old fan should only be removed using a fan puller tool
