Since last year been having rising damp when rain is very heavy!

Last week had aco drains put in outside on the black paving. The driveway would not meet new regulations as driveway is so close to the damp course.

Despite the aco drains being put in last week with this continued heavy rain still getting rising damp in the same place.

Any recommendations?

Looks to be a good job but the headers coming out from the wall could cause rain to bounce above the dpc, plus the render overlap could draw up moisture. The wall might still have significant amounts of damp in it, so even light rain could cause the problem before it gets to the stage where it can breathe out what it takes in, if it gets there.

I can't see the DPC.

Please take some close-up pics showing the DPC, ground level, and the damp.

Are internal floors concrete?

Is it coincidence that in your second pic, the paving is particularly wet around the downpipe and gulley? Please show us the gulley.
