i have a riva advance he boiler and can not get the heating working. ive hot water . the pressure is ok . the house thermo /timer is calling for heat the timer on the boiler is calling for heat yet it dose not light please help im freeeeezing

Move timer red slider to bottom position and press left timer button until it shows "on" in the display.
The two green lights should then flash together to indicate a demand for heating.
If that does not happen then measure the voltage across the thermostat two wires. Should be zero!
