RIVA COMPACT HE. Models. M96. 24SM - Lock Out Problem

Hi There,
I'm having issue with the Biasi boiler .
Works fine on DHW , CH Works ok all rads get really hot very quickly..
But suddenly lock out and have to reset it again n again.
I've noticed ch works fine when control knob is on full and if I just slightly reduce the temperature (just touch)
Burner goes off but doesn't locks out.
Lock out sequence can be 2hrs to 7hrs.

Any advise would be appreciated
