If the rollers start rusting on a pipeslice. Is it usual to take it apart and wire wool the rollers?

And does anyone know of a decent make of file that wont rust badly almost straight away. Got a cheap one from toolstation was terrible
No take it apart and clean everything with wd40 and cloth if a lot of crud gently rub with wire wool.
After that re-assemble with 3 in 1 oil think about new cutting wheel good luck.
