Hi,
I've recently noticed a few tiles missing\are loose on my pitched roof (on the top corners). There's no indication of leaks on the inside. I'd like to get a second opinion on how big an issue it is to fix a few tiles or whether I'd need some extensive work - it's proving difficult to my original roofer back from last year who put edge caps on the entire roof.

I was wondering if someone more knowledge could give me an idea of how difficult this would be to fix?

Thanks

Not difficult if they are just individual tiles but a lot of the cost will be in the scaffold unless you’re lucky enough to get someone who will work from a ladder. The problem is finding someone reliable and trustworthy to do it. There are a lot of cowboys who do these jobs. Best to get personal recommendations if you can.

Thank you, looks like an excellent video. I'd happily do the job myself if I didn't have a fear of heights, I'm not sure how to best secure myself on the roof

OP,
Not recommended but the reality is that many roofers will go up a ladder to the eaves & then walk up the roof.
They will then work from on the roof.
Another, method would be to work off a hired, scaff tower at the gables.
Based on your smudgy pics then In terms of difficulty its a zero.
