new garage tin roof, underslate felt below etc on wooden deck but where original leak was seems to go damp (no place else) when rains etc then drys out then when rains goes damp again!!! roof sheeting is all good. is there some reason when rains this appears to draw dampness? 100per cent its not a leak as never drips. any reasons solutions? anyone else had same problem?
