I have a roof dome that was installed by the previous owners of our house. When it is windy, the wind bangs against the roof dome really hard and really loudly. I have no previous experience of roof domes and wondered if this is usual? I would like to have the roof dome removed and either put a sky light in or just cover it up as part of the external flat roof. Can anyone share any ideas or thoughts on this? Could it just be that the roof dome needs replacing?
