Roof Leak

So we have had a leak in the front bedroom for a while but not been abloe to get up into the loft till today. This is the only damage I can see when looking around the loft and it is directly above where the leak is coming in.
Is this damage repairable, or do I need a new membrane across the whole roof?

The felt is your reserve; you need someone on the roof.

Lay newspaper down if you want to spot drips as print runs showing drips.

As above.
Tiles need to come off and new felt.

Shouldn't be leaking anyway so maybe a problem with tiles at that spot
