£1500 to £4000 how come the leap?had the £1500 roofer been up an looked?
when you were decoratin was the roof leak an obvious stain - or had itbeen decorated over?
looked like the valley had previous repairs.
can the the valleys be clearly seen from below?
even with a court order its hard tryin to get money from deadbeats.

To be honest roofer who give my £1500 qoute hadn't a clue and I think was out of his depth. Had to get another roofer to complete it.
No obvious stains but due to rain and getting wet again stains came through so was clear it was painted over!
