I have a plot adjacent to the house that is seven foot at one end tapering down to five feet the other. This is bordered by the house on one long edge, a six foot wall on the other long edge which continues across the shorter five feet end.
I am thinking of covering the plot and sealing the open front with a door/wall.
My question is what should I do for the roof? I was thinking of a flat roof as it is only going to be for storage but if I do that the taper of the roof will vary as it gets from the narrower end to the wider?
The only solution would be to not have the roof line along the house wall level and that would look silly would it not?
I hope I've explained this well enough!
Regards
Pete

A solution is to build the roof with the joists overhanging,
Then you can string line the angle you require and cut them off. Nail a fascia board on.
