Roof too low for conversion?

Hi,

I am looking to buy this house and was wondering from the picture can you see if it would be possible to convert the loft to a home cinema room potentially?

I guess I can arrange another viewing and go up there myself but can anyone with expertise see if possible? Looks kinda low to me relative to window size which will be a pity.
