I’ve recently had an extensions built (not even moved back into the house yet) and I am already having an issue with the tile vents (Marley mendip profile) that have been installed. I believe the pitch of the roof to be 15deg and have noticed the vents are probably not rated to a pitch this low.

Removing the two that are there for general ventilation is not a problem as the soffits are ventilated. However, there is a third tile vent which is going to be used to vent my extractor above my oven. Does anyone know of a product I can use to vent my oven that will work at low roof pitches?

Or a simple lead slate and weathering collar and mushroom cowl for extractor.

I've never seen a problem with vents at 15... What gauge are your tiles at ?
