Hello
I have recently had a flat roof replaced with a Cure-It GRP warm roof.
As far as the roofer is concerned, he has installed a warm roof.
But three sides of the flat roof vent to the outside and the fourth side adjoins the cold pitched roof, which vents into the room that is underneath the warm roof.
As I understand it, the sides of the room need insulating up to roof level and the pitched roof needs vent tiles fitting along the length that adjoins the flat roof, to maintain through-flow of air.
I have had some excellent advice from roofers here, but what I really need is someone who knows warm roofs inside out to come and have a look, and price up the work required to make it a true warm roof.
Can anyone help please?
