Hi

I've just purchased a 1960s semi that's in need of some TLC. One item I'm currently tackling is the roof. Rather than risk life and limb I've got a quote to undertake some much need roofing works, these comprise the following;

Remove and replace 3 broken tiles - reclaimed ones to be used
Rake out 6 linear meters of motor alng flashing rebed and replace mortar and seal
Rake out moss in valleys and treat with fungacide
Repair old drain pipe fixing in render
Resecue flashing on chimney and seal
Check guttering all round, clean and refit one corner section
Fix bird grill to soil pipe
Resecue two tiles on front elevation

Cost £385

Is this a reasonable quote for these type of roofing works. The guy I've had over seem to know what he doing as another roofer simply wanted to put mastic everywhere!

Hope someone can help.

Thx

P.s. I've been reading many articles on this site to help with my renovations so thanks to all contributors and posters.
