Rooftherm Polyurethane Spray Foam

I have an outhouse that i am anticipating being converted into a utility room. The roof seems in good condition but has no insulation and a couple of roof tiles may have been dislodged. The builder that i have approached to carry out the renovation work has suggested using Rooftherm Polyurethane Spray Foam to be applied to the roof to get a good watertight seal for an economical approach. Does anybody have any experience of Rooftherm Polyurethane Spray Foam? Is it expensive? Any points views? or experiences?
