Could one of you kind persons give me a rough price on a room partition please.
    It would be approx 4.3m x 4m (a T shape) and 3 m high.
The 4.3m side would need 2 doors (supplied by me) and standard 4" skirting with those square blocks at the door skirting/frame.
    No electrics or plastering.
    Thank you.

    £1000

    or maybe:

    £100

Or maybe somewhere in between (ish).

Depends where you are in the country, whether your DIY'ing it, what materials you use and how you get them.

A sketch as well might give a better idea of what you want it to look like.
If it's a T shape does one side come off at right angles to the other, somewhere along it's length?
