Have you checked any filters for blockages, the head or hose? Is it no hot (heated) water or no flow of hot water?
Yup, you need to work it back. can't find that actual model number - is the shower concealed or exposed? Can you get to the supply pipework easily? You really need to take the shower out and test the supply and make sure both hot and cold are fine then you know for definite that the issue is at the shower itself.
