Rough price for bannister and balustrades

Hiya

My stairs are open plan and wondered what I would be looking at price wise to add in a main post at the bottom (there is a platform but it's a foot or so high of that) and a tail with spindle balustrades in?

any pointers welcome!

For example am I looking for a builder or a Chippy?

labour 200-400+200-400costs and bits assuming a single handrail as a wildly unscientific guess
