hi guys, can anyone advise me how to best tackle rounded corners? Are there any special tools or beads available. i think it has the old wooden beads on at the moment but cracks have appeared down each rounded edge, quite deep in places. thanks

What are you wanting to do with the rounded corners Tret,,, skim/plaster them square?

Roughcaster.

Hi Roughcaster, Thanks for reply, to be honest as little as possible! I have only tackled these corners once before and hated every minute of the job and was unsatisfied with the outcome. She wants to keep the rounded edges as every other room in the house has them. Its the cracks that are the problem and filling them would be the easiest option but i know this will not give a perfect finish for painted walls, I was just trying to find out if there was a particular technique for these corners to get as good a result as original finish, eg tools, technique, plaster, beads etc...
Thanks Tret
