Round door handle for uPVC door?

Been trying to find a round handle for a uPVC door and a 'lever pad' type is so far the best I can come up with, for example:

(although for my door I need the handle to be closer to the top)

I would though prefer a simple round or oval handle without the angled 'neck'. Is there such a thing?

I doubt you will have enough leverage to shoot the locking bolts up with a simple round knob.
