Rover 600 electric window problem

Hi everyone, can anyone please help?

I replaced a brake light bulb a few weeks ago, i only noticed the other day that, when I press the brake pedal, all of the instrument lights come on inside the the car, when I take my foot off the the brake pedal they go out, and to top it all, now the drivers side electric window is stuck down and won't close.
My question is this, could the lights have been affected by an earthing problem, and would this make the motor on the window stop working, or could it be that the motor is broken?

I would really appreicate any help/advice.

wrong bulb !

take out and look at the bulb , then look at either side

note the pins , they only should fit one way and not like a light bulb in house where the pins are in a straight line

note the numbers ........... is it a different wattage ?

after that look at dashboard , is the problem solved ?
