I own a 60 year old house and it has a black rubber water inlet hose coming from the watermain through the toilet floor joining pipe work. Over the years the pipe has been painted over with wight paint.
I’m assuming the pipe is as old as the house.

What’s the life span of these rubber pipes and should i be looking at replacing it sometime in the future? Or just leave well alone.

It's no rubber, it's black plastic, which like the more recent blue plastic pipe - has an indefinite life.

So i just leave it? Or due to its age get it replaced? As all plastic this age goes brittle and deteriorates.

Yes, this makes it even more difficult to tell what condition the pipe is in. The paint has started to flake which is no surprise.
