Running new hot water feed

Hi, I am looking to spur hot water from a bathroom sink feed, under a floor to a garage to be converted into a utility room.

My question is, what type of plastic pipe should one use, I guess 15mm but I have seen barrier pipe but not sure what this is?

Any help much appreciated.
