Good afternoon guys, work is due to start next weekend on the foundations for my extension. The extension is the same width as the garage and the full length of the house. So basically behind the garage butting up and forming a new rear garage wall.
At the moment my gas meter and boiler are in the cupboard under the stairs.
The existing house has a suspended timber floor and the extension will be a slab with 50mm batons and chipboard on top.
In the downstairs of the house the joists run front to back and there is one right on the wall with the new extension.
The boiler is being moved out to the garage with a new cylinder etc.
What is the best way to run the pipes out?
Thanks
Darren
