Running plastic pipe through brick

Evening,
I'm rerouting some domestic cold and hot water pipes.
I'll be using 15mm JG plastic pipe.
I intend to drill through joists but need to go through a brick wall into the utility room.
Assuming I need to sleeve it what material should I use? 22mm coper? 22mm plastic? Nothing?!

Sleeve it with (deburred) 22mm copper

I used some old 20mm electrical conduit, worked ok and a good fit

If you have some 22mm copper - use that -de burred as said If you have to buy tube - use overflow pipe, cheap as chips.
