Another member on another post of mine pointed out that my steel beams are rusting and should be treated.
Is there more to it than just painting with some steel paint? And do I need to completely dismantle the balcony to remove the wooden joists in order to paint under that too? Or will just removing the decking and painting what I can see suffice.
