Any advice to the following query would be greatly appreciated.

I use my boiler mostly on timed to come on in the morning before work and for when I return home in the evening. After a couple of hours heating in the evening, the temperature of the house will drop. Upon inspecting the boiler, the green LED is flashing constantly (noted in the manual as a temporary fault) and is making a churning sound.

The boiler has just hit its 2 year anniversary and after 6 visits from the original installer, the local repair agent and the in-house technician from Vokera, I still have this problem!

Amongst the many nuggets recommended (which has ultimately confused me as to what to do) it has been suggested that the reason for the above is:
1. the batteries on the thermostat were dead causing the loss of heating
2. one of your neighbours is probably doing it by changing theirs (frequency issue with thermostat) recommending a fixed thermostat
3. it's probably the wi-fi on your phone interfering (frequency issue with thermostat) recommending a fixed thermostat
4. the circuit board needs replacing
5. the flue ventura needed cleaning

I wouldn't have a problem paying to resolve the issue if I could be certain what it was however the boiler and thermostat are only just out of warranty and feel that they should be repaired/ replaced if faulty.

Thank you

doesnt sound like it is anything to do with your thermostat but easy to test just remove it and put a link in and run the boiler manually for a few days and see if it still does it
