I have a RT500RF thermostat and RT500RF(RX) receiver. All is working correctly but i think I'm getting interference from a neighbour.

My receiver differs from the one in all the documentation (maybe its old?) and looks like this: https://images-na.ssl-images-amazon.com/images/I/91vMAXgOy4L._SL1500_.jpg

There don't appear to be any switches to change the address code/frequency. Is there anything I can do?
