sabre24 no heating

Hi to all, I have a vokera sabre24, A few days ago there was no hot water before i changed a thermistor, then yesterday no heating, the boiler fires up as normal but a few seconds later i hear a kind of gurgling noise as if the water is draining then a hissing noise like water drying on a hot pan then it stops with the green light flashing, then ofcourse it locks for a few minutes unless i turn a hot water tap on it works as normal without heating,
Any help will be much appreciated, as with two young kids and the temperature below freezing in cumbernauld it's no fun.

The last one of that model I went to BG had cut a sensor wire when refitting the case!

Is the system pressure normal and is the AAV open?

Might be better to call a pro, these are not very good boilers for DIY repairs.

Thanks Tony, The pressure is fine (1.5) and the aav open, Everything seems to be normal until it shuts off again.

just noticed while the gurgling noise is on, the pressure starts to go up until the boiler shuts off again.
After some checks, I've found that there was power going to the motor but it wasn't turning, Which was confirmed after I called someone in today.
Verdict: Pump knackered.
